Black Sarena (ブラックサレナ?) is a custom Aestivalis and high mobility unit that appears in Martian Successor Nadesico: The Motion Picture - Prince of Darkness.[1] Akito Tenkawa piloted it during the Martian Successors insurgency.
Technology and Combat Characteristics[]
8 meters in height, and powered by a gravity wave new type battery solid fuel (重力波新型バッテリー固形燃料?), it's more armored compared to Akito's Aestivalis Ground Battle Frame that he piloted during the Jovian War.[2] At the end of the movie, it is revealed that Black Serena is just another frame for Akito's old Aestivalis.
